All of the villagers I'm keeping are because I like them, even though most are super popular like Ankha, Bam, Beau, Marshal and Deirdre. I disliked Ankha and Bam at first (they were starting villagers), but after a while they grew on me and I decided to let them stay ^-^ Now Marshal and Kiki I've always wanted, specially Kiki but she's not very popular; and Marshal, well he's a lil cutie patootie :3
I don't think popularity has anything to do with it, as everyone LOVES Julian and I do not. I mean he's alright and I wouldn't mind having him around town for a bit, but I wouldn't want to keep him.
