all gen 4 wondercards are shiny locked even with RNG abuse getting a 6iv and the correct nature is hard to get and back when this event was going on RNG wasn't even publicly released as Dada said the games programming dosnt allow this mew to be shiny atall the only mew that can be shiny is from Japanese Emerald

Sorry for butting in here, but I'd just like to post to confirm that this cannot be legitimate, for a number of reasons. I'm a moderator at /r/pokemontrades on Reddit and we're serious about this sort of stuff.

The programming code for the games in which this Mew was caught has been very thoroughly examined. Even today it's not feasible in the least to get a Mew like this (and back when the event was going on there was no knowledge of how to do it at all). The likelihood is zero. If you want more details, I'd be happy to provide them.
