I'm not sure on this, L4D wasn't released that long ago, and it's Valve we're talking about. They take their time with things.

Seen as the pc got Custom maps etc.

Just reading through the article though, Actual melee weapons.

If this is true, it'll be sweet... But Valve time begs to differ.

At least it IS E3 this week, so we shall see what is announced. ^__^

However, whatever this new, "Big and fast" boss zombie is, maybe that could withstand it. Maybe, IT'S GODZILLA!
Doubt it'll be that big really.

They should release this "new" game as new campaigns via DLC. Between you and me, I'm not going to pay more money for a game I already have just with different characters. I really think this new "Left 4 Dead 2" should be released as DLC instead
Half Life 2 Episode 3 at E3...amirite? Thats all I want to see.

And so, this was pushed back to a new retail release.
