least favorite new villager?

I think it’d probably be Judy - her eyes just freak me out and her colour design is trippy. But Dom is a close second. I’ve just never liked his design. The eyes, the pink, the name. Nope.

I think i'm just a little upset that there are only 8 new ones and it's been 6-7 years waiting for a new game... I feel like New Leaf had tons of new additions to the game, while NH is really kind of lacking? New Leaf even started adding more as the amiibo feature came out and had other editions such as Sanrio and Camper. I really hope they add more new villagers in waves of updates.

I wish I could pick more I dislike from the poll than just one.
I'm not fond of reneigh, cyd, dom, meghan, judy, or sherb really.
I have sherb and Judy just because I can't pick any other new ones... I wanted to have an experience with new villagers compared to all my past New Leaf towns and it's really hard to decide since there aren't that many new choices.

I don't really dislike any of the new villagers, but I guess Meghan is my least favorite, because the bears are just not appealing to me. I would love to have Cyd as my cranky, the only nice looking Elephant next to Tia imo.

Like what the other posters have been saying, it has to be Judy due to her freaky looking eyes. And the fact that she's another peppy villager irks me as well.

I understand if you don't like Judy's eyes (I think they're cute though!!) but I just have to point out, she's not a peppy, she's a snooty... there's only exactly one new villager per personality type unfortunately, and Audie is the new peppy.

I haven’t had any of the new ones yet so I picked Raymond he’s almost like the mascot of new horizons the way people go on about him and if pokemon taught me anything it’s that mascots are boring (Raichu->Pikachu)

I'm a bit surprised at the highish votes for Reneigh b/c I think she looks great. Theres nothing thats overly creepy/pushy or whatever with her. Nor were they trying to make her fit some weird asthetic. Imo, she's one of the best looking uchi/sisterlys. But I've never had her yet so maybe my opinion will change.

I voted "I don't have one" b/c i really don't. Mainly just feel indifferent to the ones I don't like. Though I kinda wish I voted Megan now as I've never ed like the bears that much at all and the fact that she's always felt a bit unsettling

But in all seriousness, I have noticed people are very torn on Judy. I've seen a lot of people like her fur but not her eyes, or the other way around. I am personally a huge fan of her fur, but not so much the eyes.

I wonder this also - but I also don't, he has been pretty divisive since day one. Tbf, he is boring - especially for a cat villager. I don't think anyone can possibly give me a compelling reason he's so sought after.

Oh I under stand why, but many negatives that can be applied to Rayond or Judy can be applied to at least one other new villager.

Weird anime eyes - Judy, Dom
Strange tuff of hair - Raymond, Audie, Sherb, Cyd
Glasses - Raymond, Audie

My point is I don't doubt people don't like Raymond or Judy for their design, personality, whatever, but I'm incredulous to the fact that that many dislikes are solely from a design standpoint.

could be a few! i voted judy mainly because i find her design obnoxious and it hurts my eyes, i also don’t like the snooty personality with her lol

for me it's judy. absolutely don't like this weird "i don't include the face" galaxy gradient her fur is supposed to have and those eyes. no, oof. plus, i'm not a big fan of snooties to begin with, but her design is just offputting for me in general.

i strongly agree! i hope we get more amiibo rv like in future updates, because i’d really like to see the sanrio, loz, splatoon etc characters comeback, along with some more animal forest characters! i think megumi is adorable! such a shame they didn’t bring her back in welcome amiibo, possibly since her and maddie and superb similar. we got tons of new species in new leaf, where we only got 8 new villagers in horizons

I don't really have one but probably because I'm not really into any of them equally...
I guess if I really have to choose probably Dom/Judy would be the lowest because their cartoon/anime-ish eye design is not my thing.

Yeah, I also feel like at some point they either need to add more uchi villagers into the mix (because I literally like none of them lmao) or create some new personalities overall. I think it's time to have a little more variation. But mainly I do hope they choose to add more villagers in the near future to choose from aside from the new 8.

I voted “I don’t have one because they’re all pretty decent”, however, I will say I think Megan and Cud are a bit lacking in design tho.

I literally ran into Megan in one of my NMT islands and I didn’t even realize she was one of the new villagers. She’s just kinda...there?

Cyd is cool, but his bold primary color scheme is a bit too hard on the eyes.
