Looking For Leaf on path - designs

I'm looking for a design that looks like leaves on the ground. I have a design already that is cherry blossom leaves on the ground, and I put it on my path to make it look like the trees have dropped leaves ;v; but i'd love some actual green leaves, as my sakura ones are pink and kind of looks out of place now that april is over.. I've seen some pictures on it on tumblr and instagram, but I never find an actual qr code or custom design code T_T does anyone have one ??
