Hey guys, I'm currently planning some big changes to my island to do over the next couple of days (weeks... or months?!). The images are huge so I've put them in a spoiler.
I kind of want the stores to be in line with the Town Hall and Airport, so I'm not sure if I want them on the empty plot of land on the right of the island. The top right corner of the island looks like a cool spot too but I'm not sure yet and would like some other opinions.
Option 1 puts them in that small area before the entrance to the "residential area". I wanted to decorate this tiny bit with like fountains and stuff but if the stores go here I'll probably decorate them some other way (if there is space).
Option 2:
The centre where the Oxbow lake is is where I wanted to put a park area. But I wouldn't mind the stores going there instead and putting the park somewhere else since the right of the island is pretty empty. I kind of wish we knew if there were extra buildings coming, especially with all these rumours floating around. The café would have gone in the middle no doubt if it was a separat building but with the rumours of it going in the museum, I'm not really sure how to plan it.
Also, I don't know if I want my house in the place where it is right now. It looks good but once all the buildings are moved to the higher levels I might feel a little secluded...and I prefer being in the residential area rather than away. But with so many houses going up there I'm not sure where a good spot would be.
What do you think? If you want to add anything else feel free.
