Late game stardew valley.
I'm curious what others do after achieving their initial goals in game.
Do you start over? Keep going and becoming a billionaire?
Maybe you go all out with some crazy goal, or decorate the farm to look nice.
Me? I'm trying to fill a chest with goods from each crop. 999 stacks of wine, preserves, etc.

Yes! I reached 100% Perfection on my first Stardew file—I haven't gone back to it for a while, but I think I was mostly just working on making the farm look nice/decorating for the seasons, and just enjoying the casual life sim stuff. When 1.6 drops for the Switch though I'll be going back and completing the new endgame stuff to defend that 100% title!
I also have another farm where I'm working towards 100% Perfection again, plus a longer goal of collecting all the hats! It's also been kind of put on hold while waiting for the next update, but I'm looking forward to going back to it in November. ;v;
I have a very, veryyyy long-term goal of achieving Perfection on multiple files until I've seen all the different summit cutscenes, but I... don't expect to accomplish that anytime in the near future lol
I originally played Stardew Valley early on, I believe the majority of my hours are from 2016, and as much as I enjoyed it I only picked it up a bit again in 2019. It’s been interesting though seeing how many new features get added to the game! It’s so different from when I played. But I’m not a completionist, I enjoyed growing a farm and getting married but I don’t have much desire to 100% it.
I don't even know what percent I left it off at. I bought it off the Eshop when it was on sale in 2020 or 2021. I forget what year tbh. The pandemic really messed up my perception of time lol. I took a week off of work and planned to do a lot of things, but I ended up playing that game more than I thought I would. It was fun!
I didn't know it kept track of your % or even what counts as 100% completion since there's so much you can do in the game. I'm probably going to wait to whenever the Switch update comes around to pick it back up. I played it as far as I wanted to and experienced what I wanted even if I didn't do everything or marry any of the candidates.
My husband and I got pretty far in our shared game, but he doesn't really want to play anymore, I'll probably go back to that file and reach 100% at some point.
i think I’ve been playing the same save file on steam since 2022? i play on and off but i think i’ve gotten pretty close to 100% c:
Most of the times these days I play Stardew Valley though a multi game randomizer called Archipelago with friends, which is where most of my Stardew Valley playtime comes from nowadays. However, I would love to go back and 100% the game one of these days!

for late game after achieving all my initial goals, I basically tried making my farm look pretty. If i ever touch SDV on PC (was on switch, vanilla) and manage to go late game, I might try for mods just for a change! or maybe use some QoL mods like NPC locator, showing guidelines for crops in game so I dont have to tab out lol
I haven't reached 100% yet, but I plan on it! I went on a Stardew Marathon back in the summer. I started a new file and made it pretty far, far enough to surpass my first/original file which wasn't part of the plan, but I got completely sucked in. I stopped playing because I had to focus on my mentorship and the Fair on the forums started, but I really do want to go back soon, and think about the game often despite not having touched it for about 2+ months now. I was making some good progress with reaching 100% so I just need to get back into it. :>
I have yet to achieve 100%, and it's actually been a while since I played, but I think that would be my main goal. however I do think the next time I'll pick the game up is when the update finally comes to the switch, and then i'm going to start a new file from scratch so it'll be a while until i reach late game again lol
The last time I played was the Ginger Island update and I haven't even finished that. I think I would play more if Stardew had a better mod management system cause I can't seem to play Vanilla anymore
I honestly don't play stardew much but I never got "100%" whatever that includes. I finished the community center and then didn't pick it up again. I haven't even been to the island because I stopped playing before it was added

It’s really funny… every time I try to go for perfection on a farm an update comes out that sets me back. (Not complaining at all, of course!!!) so I’ve never hit 100% perfection on any farms yet. Mostly it’s just because the gold clock is sooooo expensive and I’ve never really tried seriously grinding for it. To me it doesn’t seem worth the time and energy, even though it is 10%
I haven't gotten to 100% yet on any of my files but I'd like to eventually! if/when I do I'm sure I'll keep playing on my main farm so I can continue decorating it and stuff, but I haven't tried all the maps yet so I wanna start another one of those as well

I'm really salty because my BFF and I had a golden walnut glitch out on us, so we'll always be ONE short from 100% on that file.
It's aggravating.
Although we've never actually reached 100% yet on any of our files, lol.
I like to start over and gear my farm toward romancing the next character. For example, for Leah, I arrange my farm to be artsy and have flowers more than crops and set up her statue in the center.
I cannot forget the life of me complete the fishing. It is the bane of my existence in the game.
I managed to reach 100% friendship with all the characters and managed to avoid the cheating thing by having that item on hand to avoid it. I didn’t like that you had friendship decay, so went to max their friendship one by one.
I haven’t actually courted or married anyone yet
