Landscaping and PWP Ideas

I am beginning to landscape my town and I want it to be a rustic country garden style. I'm thinking of having a wild woodland area where my campsite is, and I have placed my coffee shop next to my town hall, to make some kind of village high street maybe?

I am just a bit stuck on what PWPs to use, what colours of flower, path styles etc. I want it to look natural, but still like a town, not just houses in a forest.

Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do with my town, or even any of my houses? I have one secondary character, and am contemplating leaving them in the tent, as they're near the campsite...

I'm putting a log bench and fire pit in front of the campsite. You could try that

You can try fence, flower clock, flower bed, rack of rice, scarecrow, water pump, zen upgrades on town hall and town plaza, hammock, wooden police station.

Both great ideas. You start out on these grand projects and then suddenly realise they are a lot more difficult that you originally thought!

One of my villagers just suggested that today, I think it goes really well with a natural but landscaped theme, I will just have to work out where it goes!
