Landscaping Advice

I finally found one of the two maps I wanted for my main town, it's exactly like my first town with the river, placement of town hall, Re-Tail and the Plaza! I like mapping out and planning everything before I move villagers into my town.

White is the pathway
Purple are future bridges
Blue is an outline for the park area
Orange is placement for the Cafe, I have 4 spots I could place it in and need help choosing where
Yellow is the Police Station and the two places I'd think would be good to place it
Red is where the campsite will be placed
Pink is for my orchard and the possible areas for it

I think it would be better to put the Cafe on the 4th spot. It has plenty of space there.

Placement #2 or #3 for the Caf? look best, in my opinion. As for the police station, I'd go for #2!
