Buying Landscaper

My town is in desperation of a makeover so I am looking for an experienced trustworthy gardener to come in and firstly weed and dig up things from the ground (which your welcome to keep) and axe down all the trees (I have a golden axe you can use if you don't have one) and then once my towns all cleaned out I'd like you to organize where the new trees will grow and plant them (let me know about whatever fruit you want to use, I have them all)

I'm not sure how much to pay so please tell me your rates
