In Celadon:
Gladys - The best of friend of the mayor, she's sweet and kind, and gets along with everyone, except Peanut. <3
Queenie- The doubter, she argues with the mayor a lot but secretly cares for her, and is very intelligent. Her best friend is Gladys, and many see her a second-in-command.
Peanut - The retired super-star, she used to be in movies with hubbie Marshal until he cheated on her, she then quit showbiz to lead a more simple life. She can be very sarcastic, but tends to look out of her friends, especially the mayor and Puddles. She despises Gladys due to a few skirmishes they had when she first moved in, and being her stubborn self refused to make amends with her.
Puddles - She grew up in an average town, yearning to be a star like Peanut, and even looked up to her when she was younger. She went to college in theater, and when she couldn't find any jobs, she wound up in Celadon, desperate for work. She's extremley jealous of Peanut, and bitter that Peanut gave up her great life because of a break-up.
Cousteau - A friendly jock who has a big crush on his froggie pal Puddle, whom he helped in getting her a stable life when she arrived in Celadon. He's generally energetic and out-going, and is easy to get along with, even though he may be a bit annoying at times.
Lobo - The sweet, occasianly cranky, father of the town. He is close with nearly everyone.
Boomer - He's lazy, shy, food-loving penguin who spends most of his time out how, on his computers. He's a master technician who's only friends with Lobo, Gladys, and the mayor.
Erik - The youngest resident of Celadon, Erik moved in as an orphan. He's the town baby and everyone admires him, excluding the mayor, as he unintentionally gets on her nerves a lot. He can be quite dopey and unsure of himself. His older brother is Jingle, who abandoned him.
Lopez - He lived in Celadon a long time before being chased out by Blanca during April Fools, and never came back until he does. He's flirty and sly, and will take advantage of someone if he can. The only person who bothers him is Blanca.
Phoebe - Gladys' outspoken sister. She's rough and tough, and will do anything protect her sister, whom she practically raised by herself.
Chrome:
Rudy - The young, carefree jock. He has most of the ladies of the town in love with him, which has caused him to be quite arrogant. The mayor can get annoyed at him, but she also consider him her best friend.
Stitches - Stitches prefers to keep to himself, having his house far away from everyone else. He daydreams a lot and often drifts off mid-conversation, making many villagers unsure on how they feel about him.
Frita - She is independent and proud of it. She isn't afraid to speak her mind to anyone, especially when they do something that annoys her. She is constantly bothered by the selfish acts of Curlos, but she has slight crush on him, which bothers her to death.
Willow - A spoiled brat who came from a rich family, she only gets along with her twin sister, Eunice. She can be kind and caring if you befriend her, but that's no easy task.
Eunice - The gentle, under-spoken twin sister of Willow, she has never taken her wealth for granted and donates to many charities. She adores nature.
Midge - She is timid, but sweet, and only speaks to Eunice and the mayor, who both share her obsession with flowers. Many turn to her for advice on being a florist, which can unnerve her.
Winnie - She came from the south, but is extremely intelligent, and is bothered by all of the southern stereo-types she usually is labelled with. She's also the mother of the town, however, and will give advice to anyone in need of it.
Curlos - He is ****y, and thinks highly of himself. He has all of the sheep pining after him, but he likes Frita the best, even though he'll never admit it. They actually argue a lot. Like Willow, once you get close to him, he's actually a genuinely caring guy. Only Frita has ever seen him act remotely nice, so sadly many villagers dislike him.
Butch - He is the guard dog, and prides himself on patrolling the town constantly. He can be possessive with his friends, particularly Kitty, who he has a crush on.
Kitty - She just graduated college, but similar to Puddles couldn't find any work. She is fun-loving and kind. Her best friends are Butch and Rudy. She is aware of how Butch feels about her, but actually has a crush on Rudy, so she is scared to tell him that she isn't interested.
... I think way too much about these villager stories, but it's so fun!
