Sorry about that, lmao. Since I have four tier 5 villagers, I'm trying to void them asap, and I fish for villagers when a random one is going to move in. Meaning I create a new user, and see who is going to plot in my town, if they're good, I place my new house and save the game. If they're not, I exit the game and try again until a higher tier villager plots.

I'm gonna try to get mitzi in boxes today for you. But no promises that she will actually ping me, since it's random.
