Konami used to be an awesome company and made lots of wonderful games, but its really sad to see how the company have turn up wish they will shaping up and start focusing on making awesome games again instead of focusing their times on mobile games -_-...

The whole demotions are actually a common thing in the Japanese corporate office world. It's all a ploy to get people they want to get rid off to quit by making them as miserable as possible. Having an employee quit is more favorable to corporate heads as they do not have to pay unemployment the ones who quit as they would have to if they fired them.

On a brighter note, Nintendo is licensing one of the Hudson Soft's IPs that Konami previously acquired, as a new Momotaro Dentetsu title is in the development. Does this mean that Konami is more than happy on letting Nintendo license every franchise that were attached to the Hudson Soft, such as the once wildly popular Bomberman?

It's really sad too what happened with Hideo Kojima and now this. Not exactly comparable to whats happening with Konami, but Sega is doing awful too. They had a 40% sales decrease and had the nerve to blame it on the "bad economy".

Eh yeah to be honest SEGA is worse. They blame on that and then they shift to pretty much only making smartphone games and literally ****ing up every other release that's not Japan.
