So I think I'm right in thinking that club LOL is open every night - with the exception on Saturday nights when it's open, but you have the option to request/buys songs... Right?...

I work every Saturday!!! Therefore unable to play my game so unable to purchase any music

Is there Any other way (WITHOUT time travel) I can purchase music?

the home center? will have one KK music album for sale (~3200bells).

There are various ways to get the albums:
You can always set the time a day back permanently? if you don't work on sunday.
Or you can sneak a 5 minute break to visit the club on sat nite.....unless you can't access your 3ds
Order from streetpassed homes with KK albums on the wall.
Catalog from other players..
The only free option is via KK thru the club on saturday.

Note that you won't get it if your gates are open.
anyway they put in the option for changing the time, to enable playing at a convenient time.
