Alright, I starting linearting some of it. (Even though I haven't finished sketching the ruffles and stuff) XD So like I have a head, face, and hair linearted. I had worked on the braided piece, but I ended up accidentally making it thicker as it went down, instead of being uniformly the same size. So that was kinda annoying. XD You have a lot more details in your character, so it certainly will take longer.

On another note, I'm actually surprised that I haven't had anyone request any chibis at all. Usually, that seems to be insanely popular. It's nice to know that I have gotten some mid shot requests though, as it will be great for my commission sheet when I make it. Hopefully doing work from here will get me some attention on DA, or just interest someone enough to be like. Hmm, I'd be willing to pay cash for that. XD. I have a car loan that I need to pay off and every little bit helps you know.

Ahh so excited! I think there are so many chibi shops here on TBT that when we find cool Anime or more unique art on here it's like we have to latch on to it quickly. Probably why you haven't got chibi's yet, though a chibi would probably be notably cheaper than a full body or even bust. I'm sure you'll get some IRL commissions once you create yourself a commission sheet. I definitely think your art is more than good enough for some quick money. ^^

I guess I can understand that since the characters in the AC franchise are pretty chibi-like. That's interesting, because I never really thought of that. Makes sense. I've only looked at other shops really just to figure out how to set mine up. My chibis I usually charge about the same price as a bust. They're about the same work, sometimes more work then the busts. It really depends. I like to make my chibis pretty detailed actually, or as detailed as possible. Either way, that's the hope. I do have a commission sheet with just the prices laid out, but I needed some new examples so I can make a really nice one that shows off what I can do. Honestly, my art (At least I feel) is better then the examples I have on my DA. Granted I feel like I improve in like spurts. Thanks though, it's good to know that you think I'm worth some decent money. All in all, I want to get my tumblr updated as possible, which is why I use it for progress shots. I only like posting stuff that I have finished on my DA. I actually dislike adding sketches and stuff on there.

On another note I love how respectful everyone is and patient in regarding waiting for commissions. Other sites I've been to, they send me requests even after my slots are totally full. That drove me crazy. My problem was I was always so nice, and I couldn't say no to people. So I would usually have a panic attack and just disappear for months. XD

I know, I'm very happy about that. I've found the people on this community are overall really kind hearted. I really need to do that it's not only like on the online community, but irl too. I'm a too terribly kind for my own good at time times. I don't mind at all, as I have a hard time saying no, I'm busy.

Most definitely, I wouldn't start coloring unless you were totally happy with the lineart. That wouldn't be fair after all. I'm happy that your happy with it. I think the hardest part was the braid, I had to do it over so many times. Finally got it where I'm happy with it.

That's sweet of you!! That's another great quality of yours, you always strive for your commissioners satisfaction. Can't wait to see how the wings, tiara, dress and whatever elese is missing looks in the final lined piece. Can't think clearly this late at night.. lol

To be honest, when I've commissioned people I've had a lot of commissioners make mistakes on my characters that could have been avoided if they just showed me progress shots. Then when I asked them to change something, they told me I would have to pay extra to fix it. That part just annoyed the hell out of me, so I decided to do what I hadn't seen before. Because I would rather have both of us happy, then just have one of us happy. Which is also why I never take money ahead of time. With IRL commissions however, I do prefer to take it when I've show you a sketch. It's been far to common that some people will not pay after it's finished.

I completely agree!! And yea as for IRL commissions I think 2 artists required payment after I approved their sketches. It's much easier that way imo. You have a great outlook, so admirable. ^^
Still excited to see the finished line art whenever you get to it but I'll patiently wait.
