Do you just want artwork or an actual signature? :3 I'll give it a go

I sort of started thinking about a signature with artwork attached to it? If you get what I mean.
Could you do something that Says Mayor Avalon at the top, then underneath could it say Nirvana, then underneath that could it have my Friend code which is in my signature now, and then the artwork, on the right?
