Kidd asked for some signatures! Need some online help!

Kidd asked me to collect 6 signatures for his petition, "No more documentaries". While I disagree with his cause, I can't not help the cute little guy. Unfortunately, none of my nearby friends are able to help me out with this one, so I need to connect to someone else's town to collect these signatures.
