He just pinged, so make me an offer! In game bells preferably I'm pretty sure he's original, he's not been in my town long and I've not interacted with him much. The only thing that would have changed is his catchphrase/greeting, but you can change that in the town hall.

Ok I just checked and he has a shirt in his house instead of the retro TV, but everything else is the same.
