Keep or not?

Personally I would not keep this map. As everyone else said retail is far and private beach takes up lots of space that could be used. The town hall is also smack in the middle of a big open area so it'd be hard to work pwps around and decorate? idk I'd reset... Also if the only thing you liked were the lined up villagers that can be done with plot resetting easy.

This map is perfect. The only reason people suggested looking for another is that Re-tail is far away from the docks. As if 30 more seconds of walking was an absolute nightmare...

You should've kept it in my opinion.

I really liked the overall look of that map, in my opinion you should've kept it.

I think it's a good map! I personally like my villagers to be a little more spread out than lined up like that!
