Today I got Katie for the first time in my town, and I told her that I'd take her to visit another town. I didn't realize she would follow me immediately, so I took her to the train station and closed my DS to make a post saying she was in my town. After a few minutes, I left and went to Main Street to get some money and Katie was like, "what happened?" So I told her I had to do some errands. I did them and came back to look for her, and she was still in my town in the same part when I first found her. So I left and decided when someone said they'd take her I would come back for her, but now I'm looking for her and I can't find her??

I looked around my town twice and I can't find her. I never even shut my game off, I've had it on since I got home. Any help?

EDIT: never mind, HEH. I just found her. Whenever I make a post about something I'm having trouble with in game, it ends up working later lol.

Finding her can be a pain... unlike Saharah, who parks in front of my house every time she comes x)
I've only had Katie 3 times, but only helped her one and she never appeared again since, and it's been months x)
Guess she got tired of not being helped

next time you lose someone you could try using the megaphone! it's a bit annoying when you are trying to yell someone's name and another villager answers but it's easier than to look around an entire town with loads of trees
