Last night while I was waiting for the New Years Countdown, I noticed the same thing I noticed a year ago. On the night of New Year's Eve, K.K. Slider will play a remix of the ACNL main theme, with an orignal picture in the background too.
So my question is: Is it possible to get that song?
My theory would be that it would only be obtainable on a time when New Year's Eve is on a Saturday, but I'm not sure if a full version is even possible to obtain.
