Alright so I finally found where my game was after WEEKS of not knowing. I booted it up first thing, and I thought... Maybe a fresh start is what I need to get into this game again?
So I did it. I wasn't too fussy on my town map and settled on one within an hour. Got decent villagers ( Cheri, Amelia, Erik, Angus, Jitters. All of them are available for adoption when they choose to move out, and I'll try keeping the original.)
My problem is, I know how hard it's going to be for me to catch up. That's exactly where YOU come in!
There are a lot of things you could do to help, if maybe you have nothing better to do or just want to be nice
- Let me come over and get a decent haircut
- Give me some "decent" (Males) clothing
- Give me as many different fruits as you can
- Give some bamboo, cedar saplings, regular saplings, or flowers! (Looking for white tulips and pansies currently.)
- Donate Bells, Perfect Fruit, Fossils, or other things I can make money off of
- Donate an axe. I really need that right now
- Come on over and suggest where I could place villager houses, cafe, police station, etc
- Just come on over, and leave whenever! ( Help me get those visits so I can upgrade my train station. )
- If you're REALLY generous, maybe a villager adoption?
Obviously these are just some of many ideas, and whatever else you think up will help, I'm sure. A big thank-you in advance to all those who choose to help or even consider helping

EDIT: HUGE thanks to Ably.Saucey for the help! She got me a new set of clothes, let me use her shampoodle, got me a bunch of flowers, saplings, and various fruits, and was a great host in general !!
