Yes. The Full List of DLC in the Retail board lists the different regions with different DLC's. It's not all the way complete, but it covers a lot of things.

NA gets the cruddy boring stuff (I had the aurora screen from the HHA Steph house MONTHS before February), and of COURSE Japan and EU get all this awesome stuff. >:C

It's been released since Feb 18th.
March 20th-ish the Aries Rocking Chair will be released, unless Nintendo adds something in between.

Just those 4 items until now. It seems Europe synced with the Japanese release since november (Fedora, Autumn-leaf chair) but we occasionally get items that Japan didn't get, such as the Shaved-ice Lamp.

I wasn't really a fan of the other zodiac items we've had so far, but I really like this lamp! I'm just disappointed I won't get a Scorpio item (my sign) because the wi-fi network will have shut down by then.
