So I've never had a dreamie move out before and I don't really understand the concept of cycling through 16 villagers. What happens if you try to get the villager back from someone else?

If you don't cycle through 16 the villager will have no option to say "Hey im going to move to your town!" if you HAVE cycled through 16 they will bring up that they aren't sure where they are moving and then you can invite them to yours​
