July 3rd update - bug /error - invisible blockage on bridge

Hi I just updated the game to this latest patch, and for some reason a bridge (on the highest elevation) next to my house can't be crossed anymore. Specifically it seems to have an invisible wall in the middle of the bridge. I was wondering if anyone else encountered something similar

Apologies in advance if this question belongs somewhere else instead of here.. new to this forum so not exactly sure where i should go.

Also, how does one report an error / bug of this kind to Nintendo?

Not mine, but I follow some japanese twitter accounts and saw this! Don't think everyone is having this problem but it is pretty serious hopefully Nintendo gets word of it soon!
