`I can only hold the villager for an hour after the winner is announced.
`You can enter again if you've entered or won giveaway's from me before.
`To enter all you need to do is post a comment telling me why your town is the best town for him.
`Only one entry per person.
`No tantrums if you don't win, i'm not down with the manipulation tactic's yo.
`If you win you can NOT give him to away to a fellow contestant or TT him out for someone else.
`You can not sell him for bells.
`Everything is free! If you try to bribe me, you will be disqualified.
`Also write the word sparkle in your original post so i know you're reading the rules.
`If i've seen people claim that you've stolen from them in the past, you are disqualified.
`Take good care of him.

I think julian would be a good fit for my town because I think he's neat. And because of sparkles~ ☆*･゜ﾟ･*\(^O^)/*･゜ﾟ･*☆
I'm not interested in selling or giving him away (EVER omg) if I got him. I haven't made a sig with all my dreamies in it yet, I know. But Julian (And BISKIT AWW) are remaining on my list for wanted villagers.

ohaider. my town is full of flowers and fruit trees. its pretty colorful and his spark would be awesome for my town. I've also got some snooty girls, and they could use a smug, FABULOUS unicorn like julian :3 his…sparkle would be awesome. i love his blue colored fur c': it would be awesommeeeee!!

Hello! I think my town would be great for Julian because it's full of a lot of flowers, trees, &&' SPARKLES! He is also one of my favorite animals &&' would be a wonderful friend to Merengue . My town is also missing a smug villager &&' Julian would be absolutely perfect! I'd visit him everyday &&' make sure he is well taken care of. I also would never give him away nor sell him, I like him too much!

Oh wow, how did I miss this? Anyways, OMG JULIAN!!! Can anybody say SPARKLES, because that's totally what I want to toss around at the chance to win this guy. *squeals* So I have tons of flowers, because I've been breeding them like crazy. Trying to regrow grass over dirt patches, getting hybrids, all that fun stuff. Also, and this might be kinda stupid, but I'm gay. Come on, look at him! He'd totally be perfect for me. And no, I'm not playing the gay card. Just think he's totally adorable and makes me think gay unicorn for some reason. Hahahahaha. Hihi! I would LOVE to adopt Julian into my town. Being one of my dreamies because of his fairytale and whimsical appearence, he has always been a sort of unreachable goal. I do believe that Julian will not only strive in my town but also enjoy it thoroughly. This is because my town is 100% princess themed. (well it will be. I'm almost finished landscaping and am just waiting for a few PWPs -- soooo excited for the finished product!!! It will sure sparkle when it's complete.) I love all of my villagers. I talk to them each and every day, ALWAYS oblidge to their requests, and take care of them when they are sick, sad, lonely, or just having a bad day. My town is a healthy town that is beautiful and has a happy atmosphere. I am positive that Julian would love it. So yeah! Thank you SO much for this amazing opportunity. I really appreciate it.
