He is a tier 1 villager. His house is 95% original. His catchphrase is 100% original ("Glitter"). He changed his outfit.

I time travel in Pokey so I would like to get this done as soon as possible. He announced he was moving on 1/16/2015 @ 2:45 pm.

I am mainly looking for bells (anything 10 million or over, for the automatic buyout without items). Not either/or, I need bells, I'd just appreciate furniture and such, too.
