I hear that Julian is highly sought after, although idk how active the Villager Trading Plaza is these days. You might be able to get, at most, idk 30 tbt out of him, depending on how badly the other person wants him.

I would say villager pricing has gone way down with the introduction of amiibo cards. Pretty much all villagers are sold for 10 tbt now.

Same, villagers bidding and tiers gave kind of been eradicated with the whole WA update introducing cards. Since so many people have cards now, all villagers sell for 10 tbt, some even for free. The most I'd say is 15, if that person tips for whatever reason.
