I happened to get my own Julian a week ago, but today he popped up in my cycling town as well.
He's in boxes right now. (And completely original)

The villagers I am looking for are: Fang
And for my friend: Canberra, Bones, Boone

I will also consider selling him for bells/fortune cookie items.
