Trading Julian for Ruby or Carmen

Julian is in boxes. I am looking specifically for Ruby or Carmen. but i will consider my other dream villagers i don't have yet or bells.

also, his clothes is not original.. im not too sure about his furniture.. i've never been inside his house.
