Selling Julian for quick sale

I was trying to sell him elsewhere but keep getting let down by people who change their minds... So I'm posting him here even though I'm not on here a lot.
Trying to get him out of my town within the hour. If I HAD to I could keep him one more day.

He is mostly original, I don't believe he has any bugs or fish (I had tried to check his house but he kept being outside til he ended up in boxes where he's been since tuesday and I'm really tired of not playing in that town)
He may not have his bed and/or his harp, and he definitely has a barber shirt in his house. I think he is otherwise original, still in his sparkle shirt, with his glitter catchphrase.

I was trying to use him to help fund a new town, so I'd prefer IGB offers. I'm not expecting tons since he's not fully original.

In the event that wifi rating is an issue, I have been active on animalcrossingcommunity since 2009 and have lots of ratings there if they are desired.

I would also trade him for Drago, Pekoe, Gladys, Freya, Genji or Dierdre (originality irrelevant to me) but he would have to go first.
