It's simple I will hold the contests on a certain date and people can bet on whoever they think will win, but before people can bet I need 2-3 contestants I will time you for a minute and the person who catches the most fish in the end gets a certain amount of bells(at least 500). Winning betters will get how much $ they bet (max bet 1000 bells) and losing betters will pay how much they bet to me.
