coco is based off a japanese sculpture i think i read once (which is what the gyroids are based off of to) and i guess mira too since she's based off of sailor moon?

Curt has a Japanese house, but he himself doesn't strike me as Japanese.

Chester and Chow are more Chinese, but they could work! Also Croque (bae <3) has a nice interior/exterior!

I completely forgot about Rizzo, he's a thief with a Japanese themed home.

Zucker! He's based off a Japanese food, his interior is themed like a sushi restauraunt. The music playing in his house is the rather Japanese-sounding "Spring Blossoms".

Both Croque and Wart Jr are cranky frogs who both seems to have a japanese interior.

Walt the kangaroo has a Japanese house interior, and his default shirt appears as Japanese (jinbei shirt), so I think he counts.
