It should be on your profile under the shop section

If already gifted, you can see the time and date by put your mouse over anyone's collectibles on the left side. Collectibles bought straight from the shop and haven't been gifted do not show this, it will only show the title/name of the collectible.

That snapshot is taken from my profile. You can see whatever collectibles that person has by going to their profile (unless its hidden), even ones that are not shown in the 10 collectible space.
