Jacobs Ladders + Non Perfect Town

Do they wilt if you don't have a perfect town status? I just bought two D:

Nope. They only wilt if you don't water them.
((if beautiful ordinance is active flowers won't wilt, though))

No, as long as you keep them alive. They're like regular flowers, but just appear in perfect towns.

OH. and I know this because I have transferred 10 from my old town to my weed infested cycle town with no trouble.
So, I do know from experience. You have no need to worry.
