Ah, I don't understand IV's enough to answer this (these are gifts for someone who plays competitively) but I presume he means 5/6 out of the 6 stats being perfect as opposed to just a few?

Sometimes a pokemon having 5ivs can be better but I believe my eevee is 5ivs flawless (Missing the IV that it doesn't need)

I have a few that are Modest Anticipation with egg moves (Curse, Yawn and Wish). I'm breeding for a 6IV Shiny but eh let me know what you need.

And I believe I have 10 boxes of Adamant Eevees in Pokebank (Not sure what the IVs are but I think they are 3IVs), not Anticipation however I can breed you a higher IV one in a few mins.
