4. People should really refrain from making a dream town until they’ve worked at least a little bit on it. I’m tired of wasting 500 Bells on a town that’s barely been created and is basically empty.

I agree with almost everything you said, maybe the storage and QR code ones are not controversial^^ll

The only thing I disagree with it the dream address thing. I was recommended to make a dream address as soon as possible, which I still haven?t done because I feel my town is not "presentable". But honestly, I recommend everyone do make a dream address no matter what state your town is in. Yes it can be annoying to end up in many undevelloped towns, but in the end its not too much money lost and we should be aware of that risk when looking through random towns.
What matters is that your town is safer with a dream address. Anyone with decent knowledge and a hacked 3ds can get your town AND inventory back if your game gets lost or the cartridge stops working. You only loose what was in your house. Just for that I gladly end up in not-so-pretty dream addresses. Ok maybe people shouldnt make one on their first day, but as soon as they have invested a couple hours into landscaping and rare items, it?s worth making one and I dont resent anyone for it.

I hope you don?t mind that i said this. I used to agree that people shouldnt open a dream address if they didnt feel their town was well develloped yet. But I have met people who were locked out of their game, as well as users here who offered to download their town from the dream address. So just for the fact that someone could get back their town after thinking it was lost forever, I?m willing to end up with disappointing random results...^^

I'm not sure if this is a controversial opinion, but I don't like how the bushes have seasons. Like, often times, my bushes go with the flowers and stuff around it, so when they're not in season it looks really boring :v I wish they could just bloom and that's what they look like all the time.

Also, I use my megaphone all the time xD Like, if I can't find villagers/ Katie/ Phineas/ Joan, it makes finding them a bit easier. Also, it wakes Gulliver up instantly and you don't have to sit there talking to him 30 times to wake him up c:

Speaking of resetti from that other poster... yes he scares me EVERYTIME. That loud town tune he carries around gives me such a frighten that I almost threw my 3ds. So much for resetting safety.

I hate Wolf Link. I don’t like Ganon. I don’t like that bird, Medli. I was never a fan of The Legend of Zelda, so my opinion might be biased. I just don’t see why they need Zelda characters in Animal Crossing. I was pissed when they had Link in Mario Kart 8.

I hate how overrated cats are. There are so many all cat towns. Also, I’m not a fan of cats in general, so I’m being biased again.

Snooty villagers are terrible. I cannot think of one that I even remotely like.

I've heard in the past that it's furniture you haven't yet got in your catalog, but I'm not sure if that's true. As far as I can tell, it's just a random furniture item.

I have only gotten the type of furniture you would also get from shaking trees. So nothing spechial but nice to randomly fill your catalogue^^
I try to get baloons mostly for the badge but also the random item.
