What items do you not like in Animal Crossing: New Leaf? For me, there are many pieces of furniture I don't like, but here are the ones that are currently annoying me are the Editor's Desk and the Gorgeous Desk; I can't put anything on them, which annoys me so much. I'm also kind of annoyed with the fact that I can't get in the armchair if I have a table pushed up against it; I want to use an armchair with a table/desk, but obviously, my character can't jump onto the seat from the sides or front. :/
The first thing that comes to mind is the Lovely set. I like the wall and carpet, but dear god the furniture is obnoxiously colored.
I also wish I could put furniture on vanities and the desks. I mean, why shouldn't I be able to put a makeup case on a vanity? Or put my letter set on my writing desk?
I hate the mannequins sometimes. It's annoying that you can't drop them on the ground for other characters to pick up.
I also hate it when you get items that you need to pay to dispose of. If you're playing the Halloween event without a guide or just exploring it, you'll get tons of old floorings and wallpapers, for example. I know you can toss them if you have the garbage PWP in your town but it's annoying otherwise.
I'm personally not fond of the Kiddie furniture series - so many primary colors together on each item of furniture is really hard on my eyes.
I know that for my own use, I can recolor/customize the pieces, and I quite like the "fruit" recolor, but Bob recently moved in and brought his houseful of plain Kiddie furniture with him. Bob is adorable, but his house is OUCH to my eyes, and I've had no luck getting him to swap out any pieces of it.
I don't like the forgery paintings. I miss when you couldn't tell the difference between real paintings and forgeries Now there's no excuse to be bamboozled by Redd. ): Although some of the forgeries, like the statues, are pretty cool. The U.F.O. discus one made me giggle.
The UFO noise is so annoying and you can't turn it off. I hate half of the clothes Gracie sells, like the cowprint stuff, insect clothing, and even the Gracie pattern are all super ugly. I really don't like the modern series too, modern wood series is kind of ugly too. There's also a bunch of items that I have no idea what they're supposed to be.
Lovely, balloon (except dog lamp), and about half of the harvest series.
I think lovely series can be sorta okay when recolored, but eh.
And I have to agree with those desks, I was pretty disappointed that I could add stuff to the top, since I use the editor's desk for my hotel, school, and restaurant lol. Adding accents yada yada yada would've been awesome.

The thing that ticks me off (LITERALLY) is the ticking of the clock!!! I walk into my house only to hear a loud, annoying ticking noise. I threw away all the clocks in the town after that!
After visiting a few horror dream towns, I'd like to pop back in with one other item that I had forgotten that I vehemently dislike.
The Theremin.
Particularly when it's placed in such a way that you cannot access it in order to turn it off. The sounds it makes are very unpleasant and unnerving to me, so a room in a dream that has a theremin is a room that I will avoid like the plague.
I have no problem with people using them, don't get me wrong... just please put it in a place where I can turn it off while I explore! XP
i dislike the lawnmower because unlike in other games in the series you can not reorder it!
i do like the item itself though goes nice in my garden room!
not a fan of the balloon series, and honestly i would never put a crystallized peice of furniture in my house, its just so bright, and it kinda just looks like checkerboard pattern.
