Smash Bros items/no items

Which do you prefer? I personally like items, as they are one of the things that makes smash fun.

Depends on the type of game I'm playing. If it's just 1v1 you may as well keep items off or have smash balls only as they just end up becoming an annoying distraction. If it's more players then items add to the fun and spices things up a bit. I especially like setting up special item matches like Pokeballs only or bombfests

I only battle without items, but I mostly do 1v1s. I used to battle with items but I kinda started to dislike them, I might turn them on and play with them for awhile.

I don't mind. Yesterday I played RhinoK and made the rules Masterballs frequently so the stage was just like Moltres, Kyogre and Giratina all attacking at once

When I play with my siblings, we usually play with no items. That being said, I love Mr. Saturn, so sometimes I'll turn on that one specific item, just because. Lol.

I don't mind playing either way, but given the choice I'll go with items.



Items just make the game more fun, chaotic and unpredictable. When they're turned off, I sometimes feel I may as well be playing Street Fighter instead.

No items or Pok?balls and Smash Balls. Nothing else.

Just a few, like smash balls and character trophies. No to the other stuff.

If i want to play with all items sometimes i turn off the cheat flag, assist trophies or masterballs cause they can sometimes be a lil bit too cheap- but with friends casually the chaos is fun
