Smash Bros If you would rework an existing character's move set, who would it be?

For me, inkling needs a bit of a rework when it comes to move sets in Smash bros. because I felt like that character feels unfinished when playing and getting to know the moves. Maybe incorporate the new squid surge and squid roll techniques introduced in Splatoon 3. Or maybe fix Donkey Kong's move set a bit along with Ganondorf's since there were earlier characters that needed a bit of a rework in move sets.

#1) Cloud: I would want to rework Cloud so that his buster sword actually feels like it has weight to it during his smash attacks and tilts/aerials, like Ganondorf's or Ike's swords. IMO I think they prioritized making him high tier in his Smash 4 DLC debut rather than seeking authentic "feel". I know Cloud had some visually swift attacks in FF7, but in Advent Children for example you could get a good idea of the weight of the weapon. Also the buster sword is too stubby.

#2) Mario: I think it would be more appropriate if Mario was less floaty, and had a weight more like Mii Brawler's, another character with a strong aerial combo game. Also, why no down aerial spike? I know his FAir spike is cool and all, but the kind of DAir that Dr. Mario has is more fitting, imo, since Mario's so known for jumping on stuff. Also I think it's time to lose the Fludd special. Mind you, I love Mario Sunshine, it's one of my very favorite Mario games, but I'd rather not see such SPECIFIC moves on a character like Mario. I also miss his traditional happy sound effects from the early Smash games.
