I set out some lines of cardboard boxes in Harv’s rooms to limit my designs to 6x6. It was a huge pain and I hope in the future the rooms can be expanded but then I will have wasted my time lmao.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was coming in an update... this is the first game I actually fully expanded my house in, and it took only a month or so which shocked me. Since progress on Nook's Cranny is locked to updates, maybe the house is also being kept at a certain level of development until later on.
But I wonder what the cost of additional expansions would be? Would it have to be more than 2.5 million Bells to keep with the trend of the home expansion loans? (2.5 million already felt like a lot to me because I'm not good at playing the stalk market haha)

I have been complaing about this from the beginning. I hate it.
We get so many rugs and wall mounted things that we can't use outside but have so much limited in the house T^T

I agree with the rooms on the first floor, far too small... I like the shape of the top floor and basement, the width is neat and I like it being different shaped. But the small side rooms? Bleh.

I thought I was going crazy when I added the basement, and I looked at the siderooms and they’re all stuck at the second room upgrade (6x6) that nl had, it’s why I haven’t paid Nook off...
