It only took almost two months, but I finally created my newest town!

I had meant to do this literally two month ago but my newest town, Seliana, is finally created. I won't go into the reasons why it took me THIS long to create a town, but its finally done!

This is going to be my final town in ACNL, leading up to the release of New Horizons and its bittersweet. On one side, I'm glad I get to start over on a new title in the series, but on the other side, I've played ACNL since release and its a bit of a shame to play it a lot less.

I don't know if many people remember, but I made a thread about this awhile ago. The plan was to play this town a lot less strictly. Time travel, no plot resetting, theming, etc. Since then I've decided that I'm not willing to time travel, and I'm going to plot reset in moderation still. I'm also going for a rustic/nature theme to some extent.


So, yeah, six months of ACNL to go. Can't wait for Pokemon Sword and Shield to ruin my plans in November. /s

Yoo congrats! Thats quite the accomplishment. Do you have a dream address,? I'd love to see it. Sad to think there wont be as many new acnl towns from next year.

2 months tho?? I've been working on my town for 10 months and it's only almost halfway done (even tho I use the save editor lmao). You speedy

It usually depends on which villagers move in, and which pwp's gets requested, but so far I had my town for two years so far, I don't play everyday, but usually when I come back on to play, I have new ideas to add in my town, there are times when a villager moves in a spot that I worked hard on and I do get sad for a bit, and stop playing, but then I just wait for long period of time.

Congratulations on creating your final town !! But, also that does sound rather sad, I hope you accomplish a lot and create a lot of great memories to send you off into NH !

Can't wait for the updates. And it's okay to change from your initial plans, as long as you create something that you're proud/happy with, and was worth investing your final-town-hours into. Unfortunately, I'm pretty new to the forums and missed your initial thread, but I'll catch the updates on this town !

Oof, I think I needed to word this a little better, haha. By "create" I meant a new savefile... I was going to create a new savefile a couple months ago but a lot happened that interfered for a while.

I'm going to be working on this town for the next six months up until New Horizon's release. :b
