Isn't Francine an Uchi?

I've seen lots of people around the forums not taking her into consideration when they're thinking of Uchis for their town. I remember her being one of the first animals to be re-labeled to Uchi with the release of ACNL. Am I wrong?

Yep, Francine has always been snooty. Paula and Charlise were changed into uchis for New Leaf, though.

Hmm, I don't know if Francine is a snooty (based on others, yes, she is a snooty) , but she's definitely not an uchi. (I should know, I checked the "uchi villagers" wiki page likes 20 times in the past trying to look for a perfect uchi x) )

Even if there was an unknown factor with her, her dialogue is DEFINITELY snooty. I love Francine; she's one of my favorite snooties in the game!
