island themes that havent been done before?

I dream visited a David Bowie themed town, and a really great party town. There was a casino, a liquor store with a bar in the basement, a giant beer pong, a place to paint and drink wine etc, etc. It was so well done and unique.

a player on this forum has a collage themed town that is really well done and unique. I loved it. Can't remember who it was.

My sister's town has Rainbow Brite, Strawberry Shortcake, Care Bears and more. I'm not sure what to call that theme. Retro cartoons?

I always thought it would be fun to have a story book town. Little Red riding Hood, the tree pigs, and of course the Big bad wolf. Hansel and Gretal, Goldilocks and the three bears. Jack and the beanstock. I would make this town if I had another switch.

A 70's town would also be so much fun to create.

I had a New Leaf town that had Anne of Green Gables, Heidi, The secret garden, and A little Princess.

I remember in New Leaf, someone made a Mary poppins town, and a home alone themed town. Both were done extremely well.

How about a football or sports themed town?

A toy town. The toys are running the Island. Okay, now I'm being silly.

Hmm, I guess these aren't that uncommon, but I don't see too many Christmas themed islands. Mostly probably because it's a seasonal thing. But I wonder if anyone has one all year round. I would love to do that honestly, but I get bored so easily and want to change themes every couple of months.

My current theme has a lot of Christmas tied into it, and I'm still not finished with it, so I guess I will be continuing it into January as well.
