Island map layout

Does anyone have a map like mine or any ideas on how to design my island. I have no idea where to begin!

I usually try to keep the natural flow but add more lakes and small rivers and make either the left or right hill drag down to the bottom and have all the villagers up there a little scattered not too even. And small waterfalls randomly everywhere. But honestly the best thing to do is just start by small areas and let yourself be creative without planning. That’s when it looks cool. have fun with it!
