Island Help

I have never really done anything with my Island I have had plans and all that but I never complete them nor start them as when I do try to start the plan my ADHD takes over (not self diagnosed like the kids from tiktok). I have done this so many times I am just so annoyed with myself for not doing it. I don't know where to start nor what I should do for the Island. the Image is my Island my villagers and personalities are; Poppy (Normal), Dom (Jock), Stella (Normal), Soleil (Snooty), Chrissy (Peppy), Naomi (Snooty), Joey (Lazy), Cesar (Cranky), and Shari (Sisterly). I don't like Caesar at all and want him off too if anyone knows how to get him off of my Island please let me know. I know hitting with net won't do anything to get him off

I use the happy island designer website to completely map out how I want my island. It makes it much easier to see how it’ll look when it’s finished and to follow it as a guide when terraforming.
Just chip away at it, do little bits at a time so you don’t feel overwhelmed.
Also just go with what you want to do, don’t feel pressured that your island must look a certain way like islands you see online. My island, for example, is more like the old animal crossing games. I have terraformed, but the resulting map and layout looks like an island that could have pre-existed in wild world.
Remember, the whole point is to enjoy the process. So if you’re getting stressed about it, take a break!

Despite the offical ACNH guide saying that villagers will ask to leave are chosen by random, and without any influencefrom your actions or behaviour, I do believe that the longer the villager has stayed on the island and the more nicer you are to them that their friendship grows; thats when they want to move.

If you have any amiibo cards that may make it easier to kick off Cesar. You would need to bring the amiibo villager to the campsite three days in a row and make their item before you can ask them to move in, and when you do, you can choose who to kick off.

oh okay thank you I do know not interacting with them also can make them leave but I have done that and he's still there but thank you I'll try to ask around my friends to see if I could use a card to do that
