Island entrance dilemma.. Please help (solved)

So i made a big fancy island entrance and I'm just realizing how problematic it actually is.. It's so cramped and the waterfalls are so loud, and get in the way of when I'm recording my villagers singing. Idk what else to do with my entrance tho. Especially considering how dang close resident services is.

Mines pretty simple, but I definitely recommend it. It doesn't take up much room either, my resident services is directly to the right.

Waterfall pathways on the entrance of islands are the ugg boots, Starbucks, basic white girls of animal crossing.... I literally went to 5 towns in one day that had almost the exact same entrance.

I like seeing new and creative ideas in towns, so my taste may be different. However I have the same set up as you and wouldn’t change having res services so close lol.

currently I have a long boardwalk extending horizontally in front of my entrance. I like the feel of being dropped into an urban environment right from the entrance. However I’m in the process of renovating all of this. I thought about doing a garden of flower colors I’m using to kinda set the scene right in front of my res services

maybe shrink it by removing i tile from north and south? It looks nice though. The waterfall is very loud!

I've been there beforeeee (duh)

maybe cut down the cliffs entirely and try something new, I think I've seen a few towns like that
be UNIQUE

I have the same thing, but I’m going to take it down because it’s basically nothing to me. I’m planning to add a fencing around the entrance area so in case if I host something with visitors, they can only stay in the airport area nowhere else outside it.

I think waterfalls are super loud too. It's not quite the same, but you could always use simple panels, gulliver stuff, art or fossils for your decorations

I ended up redoing my entrance and I like it much better this way! Will include a pic when I get the chance
