While I'm probably going to end up sketching it out, I wouldn't mind an easy-to-use tool to have a secondary thing to use. Any suggestions? Preferably something that is pretty fluid to use, almost like you're painting it on GIMP or something. I know there are a few out there, but the ones I've tried out are pretty clunky.
