Is your town in animal crossing set to weeding day?

I would really love to get the full weeding day set, as I don’t get enough weeds in my town for it, would really like a weed ridden town as I’m also trying to get the weeding badges as well.

Its the last Friday in april, the dates for this year and next are:
24th April 2015 and the 29th April 2016

(4 items are not attainable though and that's the Cosmos fan, Lily Record Player, Rose Sofa and Violet screen, you would have to pick the weeds first)
