Mines all upgraded i think unlocking the fortune tellers shop is what took the longest!

In my second town, yes. Took ages to get Katrina, UGH!

Both of my towns (LuvLilac & Jayhawk) have been fully upgraded for at least 6 months.

Mine's been completed since last year, although the only stores I ever occasionally visit are The Emporium for bushes and medicine, or Katrina. Ables, Kicks, Gracie and Nook probably hate me, lol.

I only need Katrina to set up shop. I'm not even close to unlocking it at all. ;.;
